Champagne

Spent the day touring champagne production facilities in Champagne, France. Really interesting learning about co-ops and the lengthy process in making champagne. Also had a great time learning more about the history of Reims, France yesterday . The front lines of World War 1 were actually 15 kilometers from Reims and the cathedral here was used for all of the coronations of France's kings. Tomorrow we are headed to the largest American war time memorial in Europe which is a cemetery - pretty incredible to go and reflect on the sacrifice our soldiers have made the day after D-Day.
