Amazing day in Chile!!

As the pictures show--we had a great day in Santiago!!  It started as an early morning at the wholesale market--over 13,000 sellers move 2.5 billion tons of food through this market each year!  It was so interesting to walk through and see the economy of this market at work--plus the fruits and vegetables were amazing!  From there we went to the U.S. embassy and was briefed on agriculture and exports.  Then a lovely lunch and on to talk about innovation with Funduncion Chile.  Now we are all cheering on Chile with the opening game of COPA America.  It was a great day of leadership programming and we are now only ten days away from home!
