Most 4-wheelers are seen in the rural areas and most police are seen in cars, on motorcycles, horses, or bikes but not this time! For the Chicago police they get cool (fabulous) 4-wheelers! How awesome would it be to ride a 4-wheeler throught the streets of Chicago!?
They would make more sense in the south, but go figure!
