Merry Christmas everyone. I found this site( http://podcastpickle.com/ ) and thought y'all might wanna check it out. There is tons of categories and some stuff that iTunes just doesn't have for the iPods. I have been surfing it and found some interesting video ones. If anything reviews with a positive note, I will post it to share. It looks like there might be some uncensored stuff so be careful.

So I just finished reading and taking notes on "True North" by Bill George. This is always a long process for me because a single paragraph can spark huge streams of thought which I feel obligated to write down. Reading this book, as have other books on leadership, threw me into a worldwind of change in myself, and in my leadership both in my business and in my role as president of my local chapter of the FNGLA. It is amazing to me how creation aligns those things of our lives in the perfect way. Critical calls have been necessary in both these areas of my leadership and the wisdom the book has offered has been nothing less than perfect timing. I am now completely possessed with being as "authentic" in my leadership as is possible today. Thanks Hannah for the sideways recommendation. Now comes the task of outlining the book: my next usual process. If anyone is interested I would be more than happy to share this when I am done.
